Be welcome dear visitor! Here is the page where I keep all the songs I composed with my computer over the years. Most of them are electronic music, some more classical, but I try to use many different styles, not only techno and house.
Feel free to browse around, download the songs by clicking on the title, view more information about the song by clicking on the description, or post a comment on it, there is a form on the info page.
That's also good to know that you can sort the list by clicking on each of the titles!

Released on | Shallow Steepness
| Trance Techno | A quite ambient and long trance song I took time to compose. It has smooth transitions and is overall relaxing despite its strong beat, but there are also some violent parts... Nice background music for techno fans! | 10:06 | 9456k | February 2002 |
Got That Special Thing*
| Soulful House | A quite laid down but still energetic Soulful House track, based on a 8 chords progression. The chords are played on a Wurlitzer electric piano and
complimented by a multitude of different instruments and a rather cool beat. I also used quite many different vocal samples. I started it as a test, like quite often. | 7:21 | 17253k | 26 July 2022 |
House 1
| House Dance | Also a quite old song, made with samples and loop from varous sources, a few filters, composed with octamed, and using some sounds from my synth as well as my soud card | 5:46 | 6771k | 1999 |
Hip-Hop*
| Instrumental Hip_hop | Also an old song, made last century (hihi), using a piano loop from Queen and another breakbeat loop from Djaimin, plus sounds from my CS1x and my Soundblaster Live ;) I think it sounds quite nice even though it's a little boring, but for that time I guess I got it well! | 4:34 | 5359k | 1999 |
Deep Under My pride
| House | Also one of my experimental sounds in the "house department". Contains strange drums sounds and lots of filtered vocals played in loops, with a groovy deep chord that comes and takes you. | 6:06 | 5727k | August 2003 |
Groove Attack
| House | Another experiamental house track, with classical and interesting sounds. First song made with reason 2.5, you can hear the vocoder and the new reverb... | 5:14 | 6613k | 12 December 2003 |
House 2*
| House Dance | Another of the series of the old songs, made with some loops and sounds of the synths. It's not the best of my songs, but I think the beat and the bass are cool. The bass, by the way, sounds like some old songs of Michael Jackson. | 4:04 | 4770k | 1999 |
Psychotronic Delight*
| House | Certainly one of my best house tracks thanks to powerful and great voice samples. The bass gives a new dimension to the track and guides through the different sections of the song which all have their own character and color. Judge by yourself!... | 8:39 | 9981k | 8 January 2005 |
Blue Poison
| Hip-Hop House | Chill out and relax theme, but that could also be played faster and having another beat, and then it would be a house track. Done around Christmas in a few hours, when I was at my parent's place. | 6:16 | 8237k | 23 December 2003 |
Blue Panther's Theme
| Blues/Old times house | Done for my great close friend Adin the dark blue panther. Made 100% by Tambako from scratch :) | 5:55 | 5553k | May 2001 |
Jaunty Harmonics
| Oldschool Piano House | First track after a long time. I wanted to use the famous M1 piano as base and came up with this house track which sounds rather old school, but contains contemporary elements for a whiff of summer bounciness! | 6:45 | 7910k | 11 June 2017 |
Swaggy Groove
| Old School Piano House / Soulful House | Genre: old school piano house mixed with soulful house. Even if it sounds old school, it has many contemporary elements
I started composing this track when I wanted to create a fat house piano sound.
Since I liked it, and also the chord sequence, I wanted to push it to the limits. I added a bass with a second layer played by the famous "organ2" of the Korg M1 to give even more a feeling of the 90's house music which I miss a lot!
Later, I added some vocal samples to make it sound even cooler.
I think it's one of my best house music tracks, I'm rather proud of it (even if lots of stuff could be better)! | 8:47 | 20590k | 23 February 2022 |
A New Format
| Trance | I already composed some trance tracks, but I think this one is one of my best ones. At least it sounds quite profesionnal, and it's the style you could hear in a disco. I'm quite proud of it! This is also thanks to sounds given by Hanni, thank you!
If you heard the similarity with the music of Robert Miles, you are right, it's been done on purpose : I think I can give a tribute to him since he was born in the same city as me!
This track has been composed for my good friend Matt. :) | 6:05 | 7137k | 13 December 2005 |
Africa*
| Electronic African | I composed this african style music when I knew I was going to Kenya for Christmas and New Year 2001-2002. The style is rather generic African style, not particularly Kenyan, because I just don't know much about African Music. And sure it has a touch of other styles... especially mine! | 2:56 | 3444k | January 2002 |
Hand In Hand*
| Hard Trance | I composed this track as a sort of joke, but finally it turned out to be a nice (but classical) commercial hard trance track, with German lyrics whose style shouldn't match the music. The original song was taught by the music teacher of Hanni/JayB and had the idea to make a techno version as a joke to the teacher, and he asked a friend in his class to sing it. | 7:07 | 8357k | 3 September 2005 |
A Sprint Through the Kaiwina
| Happycore / Hard trance | I composed this track for Marupa, my new Kitty friend, as a trade (he drew a picture for me). Thus the secondary title could be "Marupa's Theme", and it is quite describing his character. It's not really my style though, I don't usually have tracks with such a high BPM. To put it this way, you can figure out the track by taking the melody of "Born to Pounce" and the beat and bass of "Baobab in the Storm", just faster. Since I got rather positive comments so far, I think it's worth to listen to it! | 7:20 | 9211k | 16 November 2005 |
Timelapse
| Deep House | I composed this tune mostly because I am nostalgic of the deep house of the mid nineties, I was listening a lot to such mixes on the radio, and also we had some records of it.
It's nothing special, and I composed it in around two evening only, but it's fresh and nice, so if you like old house, you will also like it!
BTW, it's is kinda similar to 'Phasics' in its structure, harmony and some sounds used. | 6:44 | 7889k | 26 January 2007 |
Mystic
| Mystic New Age | I don't really like how this song tirned out, but well, still not too bad, it was the first try of Mystic music, and some parts sound like a song of Enya, but she is much better than me! :) Once again an example of music with natural instruments that blend with synths. | 6:05 | 7229k | December 2002 |
Roots Of Love*
| Disco House | I first composed this track as Disco House, playing with different sounds, more or less dico or house. After a long time of work, it came out nice, especially the strings and brass. Then I looked through my collection of capellas to see if something could match, and I found those of Beyonce (Baby Boy) fitting quite well. Yeah, it sound special because those vocals are not housy, but the result is nice and special! :) | 5:59 | 8427k | 12 August 2005 |
Shine
| Soulful House, Old School House | I got a subscription to Loopcloud to enrich my possibilities to create house music and was browsing some housy loops and sounds, when what I put together started to sound pretty and fresh! This track was born, but I worked long and hard to complete it.
The vocals also come from Loopcloud
I'm quite proud of the result, I think it's my best House Track so far, but why stop now? I still have lots to learn! | 9:59 | 23296k | 28 December 2023 |
Ganesha's Trunk
| World Beat | I got inspired by these Indian vocals that JayB gave me, and wanted to make a track out of, world beat style, even if it's not my usual style, so I used a pop/dance beat, plus many Indian percs, and also synths, piano, and a couple if Indian instruments. So the music itself is not really Indian, but sounding a bit like it. Not easy to describe... and the general atmosphere and harmonies is a bit strange and quite mysterious... Well, I hope you like it!
And last question : does anybody know what the vocals mean? | 6:18 | 7388k | 26 November 2006 |
Old Skool 2
| House Disco | I like this song because of the way it sounds, quite funky and some sort of well known style of "New Disco". What is interesting is that I programmed a loop made with about 10 different tracks/instruments and all them were filtered with a low pass and a phaser. That gives a quite cool sound I'd say. The rest is a beat and some synths, plus an electric piano impro like I like to play on my synth! | 8:21 | 7840k | December 2001 |
O.C.S.I.D
| Disco House | I started it when I tested new plugins on a disco loop and then decided to make a full track out of it.
I hope you like it! | 6:53 | 12905k | 12 December 2021 |
The Hidden Lounge*
| House (Deep / Electro / Experimental) | I started this song at about 3AM as I was quite drunk (small party at home with friends) and I was inspired by some non-commercial deep house one can hear on some internet radios...
I tried to find some sounds that you could hear about 10 years ago when the house music was still young and not about money... You might not like it because it's a bit boring, but not uninteresting... It has even a good groove... so be surprised!
This track contains voices samples from Madonna and Jocelyn Brown. | 7:02 | 8245k | 18 January 2006 |
I Find Myself*
| Downbeat House(-Pop) | I started this track at the end of 2007 but it stayed a long time unfinished, because I didn't find matching vocals, then I find that I could use some samples of "When I lose Myself" from Depeche Mode. Even if it's not really the vocals I was looking for, the result is quite good.
Its style is a bit unusual and experimental, but well, I like to experiment. I also couldn't really define its style. If someone can help me, please do it. I hope you will find it interesting and enjoy it. | 6:37 | 7773k | 30 November 2007 |
No More Sunshine For Today
| Downtempo Pop Ballad | I started this track while testing the Sunburst Session Guitarist and then developed it into a track because I liked it.
The voices come from Exhale. I cannot really tell what for a genre it is, probably a mix of many...
I hope you still like it! | 3:50 | 5411k | 29 April 2018 |
Phasics
| Instrumental Dance | I started to compose this music already in December 2000, with Octamed, but let it half finished when I discovered the program "Making Waves", and many time after I thought I should once finish it. This is what I did within a week, but I had some work to convert the original file from Octamed format to MIDI and then import the midi into Reason, assign instruments and make is as a finish piece.
At least, I think it should help you if you listen to it when you are depressed, in this track there is concentrated joy! | 5:19 | 6194k | 31 January 2005 |
Red Boat on the Beach
| Reggae Dub | I suddenly was inspired to create a Reggae style composition. I approximatively know the bases of the music, its logic, but have no expecience with it, and I tried anyway. It's interesting to work with a quite low tempo sometimes.
So I think it's not sounding too bad even if it's not pure reggae, well, it's my kind of reggae!
Thanks to Hanni for his help with that one! | 4:59 | 5856k | 22 February 2005 |
The Drone
| Electro House | I wanted to see what I'm able to do in electro house, which is getting more and more actual. I didn't want to make it too minimalistic because for me it's too boring, but still something rather constant with not many different chords, special beat and effects, but also rather aggressive and many syncopated patterns going along with the sidechaining, and I'm quite happy with the result, I think it sounds rather actual for one time. Quite electro, but with my personal touch as usual. | 8:50 | 10361k | 4 February 2008 |
Lamenting Transmission
| House | I'm happy about the result of this house piece (a bit trancy and progressive though), especially the beat that sound good and housy, and also the funky guitar, it's the first time that I can really play some funky guitar patterns, and it's an instrument from Reason! There are also many voice samples and effects, plus nice synths. This track will certainly work well on a dancefloor, since it's bouncy and funky! Enjoy! | 8:46 | 10279k | 27 April 2007 |
Way to Serenity
| Electronic / New Age | I'm rather proud of this song. It has a breakbeat rhythm, but the sounds and synths used would rather fit for trance, which gives to this piece an uncommon feeling. Its spacey melodies and effects will transport you to another world... | 4:53 | 4575k | August 2002 |
Breathing Flowers
| Soft Rock | I'm really proud of this song since it's my first one using a slow and calm beat, with a wide variety of chords and all sounding quite musical. Although it has classical instruments such as piano, cello, flute, violin, vibraphone, it also uses a bit of synth... and it also has an ethnic color: one part sounds Arabic... so you must listen to it! :) | 6:24 | 5457k | May 2002 |
Nasty Cats
| Electronic/House/Pop | I've composed this song partly with Adin, the blue panther, a very good furry friend, when he came to Dublin with Rofu the fox, in May 2001. The style is quite strange and experiemental, but the result seems interesting... The second part has a sort of magic atmosphere that you'll discover... | 6:14 | 5850k | May 2001 |
Funky*
| House | Interesting mix of many sounds coming from different origins and styles.Quite uncommon style that might sound boring to certain listeners, but that makes it just more interesting for others. The indian percussions gives the dimension of a dream to the piece. | 6:21 | 5958k | May 2001 |
Winds and Flows
| Dance Trance | It stats like a classical piano song, but then you hear it's a sort of techno, a little like some songs from around 1996-1997. I quite like it, the beat is nice and strong, and all over the song you have the piano plus a generous pad. Nice background music, or even for a dancefloor... | 7:00 | 6571k | Mach 2003 |
Psychotic Gerbil
| Minimalistic Techno | It's a little boring if you're not used to this kind of music, but it represents a little gerbil, panicked because it escaped from its cage. Imagine it running everywhere in an environment it does't know... | 5:22 | 5039k | June 2001 |
Black Horns
| Electronic / New Age | My first attempts to make the stereo of my composition sound better, as well as the quality, and it turned out as a nice and pleasant song to listen too, with a catchy melody and generous synths.
| 6:55 | 6493k | October 2002 |
Essai 3
| House | My first real first result obtained with reason, in a very housy fashion. I was discovering the progam and the genial way to work with the instruments, the joy of well usable simulated synths. Still considered as a test (hence the title), but already sounds good! | 3:21 | 3934k | September 2001 |
The DJ is my Lover
| Progressive house | My first track made with Reason 8.1, after 7 years without composing.
Nothing special, rather a kind of training. I experimented with parallel processing.
Features a sample from AdamScurry on Looperman. | 5:22 | 7560k | 20 January 2015 |
Here Would Come My Day*
| Classic / Oldschool House | My last House Music production, I quite like it, because of the chord sequence, and the vocals give a kind of festive character.
Contains vocals from Chaka Khan - Never Miss The Water | 6:57 | 9790k | 27 May 2018 |
Wacky Pulses
| Tech House | My last track made with Reason 11. It started when I put an Indian percussion loop through a Ovox preset and liked how it sounds. The chords and pad are from Massive X.
Hope you enjoy! | 5:03 | 7116k | 16 February 2020 |
Shy Omnivore
| Progressive House / Goa Trance | My second released track made in 2015 with Reason 8.1, more trancy, maybe it goes direction Goa Trance.
It started from a test (almost as usual) and I then wanted to finish it. I rather like it even if it's nothing special an a bit boring. But I could learn more while composing it. | 5:12 | 4884k | 25 February 2015 |
Firestar*
| House Pop | Old song, but still good I think. Still made when I was using together my CS1x synthesizer, the sounds of my sound card and samples on Octamed. The filter and shift of the electrical guitar on the synth were manually controlled during the recording to add some realism. Although, at some parts, it seems strange and not well mastered... But it was the begining! | 3:09 | 5912k | 1999 |
Translucent Message
| House-Progressive(-Electro) | Once again a track, in the pure Tambako tradition, but I tried to make it not sound too old, at least more actual as the previous one, but it's also not really possible to tell if it sounds "new" or "older". It's nothing great, but nice on the ear. I'm quite proud of the beat, it sounds sharp, strong and actual. The track has different synths that I also like, with a nice progression, plus soft pads and chords. But maybe the nicest instrument is the pan flute... | 8:03 | 9449k | 12 April 2007 |
The Mane Floating In The Wind*
| Slow breakbeat/Ballad | Once again I composed a song calmer than usual, more musical and classical (especially on the start), but still with a beat that keeps it modern. I used many instruments, and also electrical guitar that I rarely use (well, a real one would be better). It gives a nice feeling, partly happy and partly sad, but that you don't forget.
This music has been composed for my good friend Tombi! :) | 6:09 | 7215k | 13 December 2005 |
Objective Desilusion*
| Soulful House | Once again, a track which started its life with testing the new Objekt synthesizer of Reason, then testing some cool chords and I had an idea.
I created 4 chord sequences used in the five parts of the track, each of them have a distinct atmosphere.
Still experimenting a lot with house, to try to find the nicest, most pleasant and most catchy sound. I'm slowly getting there I think! | 8:50 | 20719k | 9 June 2023 |
Mysterious
| Vocal Trance / Dance | Once again, this track started while playing with Reason, and I directly liked what I did so far, and made a track with it. Yeah, it's been more that 6 months that I didn't compose, and I can feel I lost a bit my hand on Reason, but it will come again.
The track is nothing really special, and also quite commercial, has many elements of the nineties, but also quite recent, so again a special Tamby mix, but it's a good number for the dancefloor. And yes, JayB, I used Sidechaining this time! | 8:14 | 9667k | 19 October 2007 |
Baobab in the Storm
| Techno-trance (progressive) | One more techno trance song I did, quite commercial, but with my own style though, rougn beat but happy melodies and sounds... I'm just not really happy about the acid in it... I need a 303!!! :p | 5:21 | 4900k | November 2001 |
Scatter*
| Hip-hop house | One of my few attempts to blend House Music with Hip-Hop, with a touch of ragga sounds. I think the style is special but it sounds nice and the beat on it is strong enough to dance on it... I found a few nice voice samples that come towards the same idea: "Spread out and scatter", "Somewhere far, far away", etc. | 4:53 | 4500k | June 2001 |
Galactica
| Italian Progressive Techno | One of my first attempts with Italian Progressive, and even if it's not my best track, I think it turned out pretty well... Just, if you are in this kind of music, please drop a comment! | 7:35 | 7103k | April 2001 |
Disco
| Hard House | One of my first songs, at least that I dare to put online (in fact my musicl adventure started way before!). Composed with Octamed in 2000, using a loop from a song of the lates seventies, I played with many sounds, and the filter that was new in the PC version of Octamed. It's far from being my favorite track, but still worth listening to, IMO. | 5:46 | 5409k | October 2000 |
Escaped Thoughts
| House Dance Pop | One of my only tracks that has a strong (but repetitive) melody, plus nice sounds and powerful beat... Sure, there is some flaws and loss of quality on certain sounds, but since I composed a long time ago I was a little less experienced. | 4:36 | 4316k | April 2001 |
Mindteaser
| House Dance | One of the songs made only with Octamed. Quite interesting song that gives you quite emmotional feeling, like a flight, contrasting with the rough beat. Nice piece of work even though it has some flaws on the technical side (like always ;) | 4:02 | 3785k | January 2001 |
Transitions
| Progressive Trance | Quite energetic progressive trance, with lots of different synths and quite a certain evolution through the song, with inbetween strong or softer transitions, hence the title. Something to absolutely download, you won't regret it! | 8:54 | 10301k | December 2002 |
Unforgiven Soul*
| Hard techno | Quite hard style of techo, and you can hear this being suffering because it hasn't been forgiven... I quite like this song, good in a disco. | 6:03 | 5694k | August 2001 |
Fierce Volcano
| Progressive Techno | Quite pure progressive techno. Even if it seems to be boring because there is only one tonality, this track is meant to be mixed with another track in a DJ set (I wish I had it on a record!). It uses strong acid synth and soft songs, plus a few cool effects! | 8:45 | 8211k | October 2002 |
Essai 5
| House | Second house track made as a test with Reason, but with a certain groovy feeling and a professional style IMO. Still the weaknesses of the beginning and the use of many REX loops (well, 2 or 3), but sounds quite well in a club! | 6:40 | 6256k | October 2001 |
The Shy Spy*
| Breakbeat Hip-hop | Simple and minimalistic Breakbeat based song with many instruments such as strings, vibraphone, synth bass, synth organ, lead synth and brass hits. Nice for background music indeed! (A shorter version has been composed for a computer game) | 4:36 | 4305k | May 2002 |
Tambako Goes To Rio*
| Latino House | Some day, Tambako decided to travel to Rio de Janeiro, to discover the carnival and its crazy rhythms. Here is the retranscription of what he heard... | 3:57 | 3709k | June 2001 |
Born To Pounce*
| Oldies crazy pop | That is a little song that I created quite fast one summer afternoon on my balcony, with my laptop. It's sounding quite kiddish and crazy so you may like it or not like it. It well describes a young jaguar discovering the world, playing or running around, and sometimes pouncing on a small prey... | 4:27 | 4187k | June 2002 |
Swaggy Groove Instrumental
| Old School Piano House / Soulful House | The instrumental version of "Swaggy Groove" | 8:47 | 20590k | 23 February 2022 |
Strange Ambient
| Funk Triphop | The sound of this track is quite like a new style, a little trippy, with blues melodies, voice samples, and cool synths. You may like it or not, but still, quite interesting song... | 2:38 | 3098k | October 2001 |
Just Flowing
| Ambient / Downtempo / Chillout | This is a ambient/downtempo/chillout track I've composed for a balloon flight video, and decided to share here.
Comments welcome. | 6:46 | 7930k | 18 July 2016 |
Still Nothing to Save
| Triphop | This is a kind of experimental breakbeat/triphop, slightly inspired by the Freestylers. It has a wide variety of sounds and some vocal samples. | 4:41 | 4391k | Mach 2002 |
Sea Lion's Island
| Caribbean Electronic | This is a music I composed one a half year ago for the Conny-Land, to play before the start of their sea lion show, but as I know, they never used it, so I decided to put it online.
The music is a kind of mix between Caribbean and electronic music plus some other influences, and is the longest track I ever did. Even if it's technically nothing extraordinary, it makes a great background music. Just try it! :) | 22:11 | 20809k | 11 January 2008 |
Color of Dance (trance version)*
| Trance | This is a remix of an instrumental dance track from Sukiva, a furry friend of mine. She wrote it many years ago as a midi track, and not a long time ago, I decided to make her a surprise and create this mix! :) I mostly just took the melody of the track.
Since it's almost Christmas, it will be a nice present for her!
The style is trance, but relatively commercial, going to the direction of dance. It's nothing very great, but it has a god groove and nice harmonies, and has a strong beat and bass. Well, enjoy! :) | 7:33 | 8859k | 23 December 2006 |
Listen To Your Instinct*
| Slow breakbeat, New age | This is a slow song, that is easy listening but gets you in the attitude to listen to the animal instinct that is inside of you. | 3:33 | 3335k | August 2001 |
Gang Ruef de Brunne
| Swiss Traditional | This is a Swiss traditional song from Switzerland that I arranged from a mixed choir score, so I had to create the instruments patterns just from the chords, it was a nice work, but it's sounding a little too regular, and the sound/pattern used makes you think that someone played it in a party, on an electrical organ | 3:15 | 3053k | May 2002 |
Hunting Ideas
| House New Age | This is curious, because I started to compose this song early in 2002, and after working many hours on it, I started to get fed of it, I didn't like it anymore and let it on the side to compose other songs. Later I got to listen to that working version again and I thougt that it's not that bad, that I should improve it and finish it. This is what I did two years after starting it and here is the result. I hope you like it! | 5:43 | 6703k | 23 January 2004 |
Above The Clouds Remix
| House Trance | This is my first real remix. I remixed that song from Matt Sweetman, a good musician friend, which was originally a fast breakbeat song, so I had to slow it down and integrate a house beat. Then I could make my creativity work to give it my own personlity, but still let the original conceipt of the song. I'm quite proud of it, for a first remix! | 8:50 | 10356k | 26 February 2004 |
Let It Burn You
| Deep House | This is once again a more or less real house track, that I started when just I wanted to play with Reason exactly one week ago (and I didn't work on it every day). It might sound boring at start, but it has interesting sound corresponding to my style, and also a quite clear and groovy beat. If you really think that it's too boring, just wait till about 3:52 and you opinion might change, it has a little surprise there... | 7:33 | 8861k | 8 December 2006 |
Chillin Moods
| Chill Out / Downbeat | This is once again a test with something different, a slow tempo again, a relaxing track, but still with a definite beat. And the most interesting : the chord sequence, which might sound strange at first because of the key variations, but after a few seconds, it will give you this funky touch, which should be pleasant to the ear. This music, even if my style is recognizable, contains some elements I don't often use, like the triangle or rim on the beat, or some synths, or that more complex chord sequence... | 6:14 | 7316k | 25 October 2005 |
Burned Beat
| House Dance | This is one of my experimentations about electronic music, that gave interesting results, but anyway, this is not among my best creations. But anyway, you might like it! | 4:28 | 4196k | Mach 2002 |
Dumb Monkey
| Jungly Triphop | This is quite a crazy song! It is original, and has some strange sounds... It's a little like an expieriment, and I think the final result is quite nice and interesting, bouncey and jungly, but I let you judge for yourself, so go and get it! :) | 6:24 | 5999k | May 2002 |
Inspired (Tamby's Dub Mix)*
| House | This is the firs remix coming from capellas I downloaded online (from a song composed by Satoshi Tomiie, the best house DJ in Japan). For the first try I think it's not too bad. I composed it without having listened to the original version (but now I know it), so I applied my own style, and what it not easy is to balanve the voice and instruement, and that all is synchrone. Good exercise for the start, and I will compose more or those remixes in the future... | 6:00 | 8433k | 12 July 2005 |
Techno 1
| House Dance | This is the first track composed with MakingWaves. I also discovered at this time the samples CD Sample Arena, and thus I could use many of the sounds. The result is quite nice, a little special with its "geometric" melodies, an maybe not the taste of everybody, but I like it nontheless! | 4:47 | 4497k | Mach 2001 |
About Us - Trance remix
| Trance | This is the first track of a project which consists in taking the same lyrics and making a track out of it with three different styles.
For that I took the cappella of a remix of "About Us" from Brooke Hogan (yep, the daughter of the wrestler), which I believe could fit three styles, but we'll see.
First style : trance (well, quite commercial trance, almost direction of Eurodance)... But I still like it, I used many different synths, it's quite fluent, it's nice to listen. Also listen to the instrumental version.
Thanks as well to Hanni for his help with the chords! | 8:48 | 8257k | 2 September 2006 |
Just Flowing Intro
| Jungle / Breakbeat | This is the intro track for the balloon video. I don't likt it much as the main track, but it's still okay. I think that jungle/fast breakbeats are coming back a bit nowadays. | 1:53 | 2222k | 18 July 2016 |
About Us - House Remix
| House | This is the second part of my project, the House (or kinda house) remix of About Us. It's maybe not my best track, but I'm happy with the result, it sounds quite clear and pleasant, and I used many electronic instruments, not all kind of house use so many synths, but well, I was in this kind of mood! ;)
Well, I hope you will like it, and see us when I will release the third remix of About Us! | 9:32 | 10722k | 29 October 2006 |
Spoiled Innocence
| Hard House | This music makes both bad and good sides to meet. The good side is innocent, but the bad side wants to destroy it. The devil against the angel. They fight with explosions of music. But did really the bad side spoil the original innocence?
I comopsed that piece when I finally had the time to compose again, after a few months of "break"... | 8:25 | 9785k | 25 December 2004 |
Last Present*
| Demo / Dance / Pop | This music started out like a test (like many), and at this end, it sounded like a happy instrumental track, that could have been composed at the end of the 80's. It sounds like those old electronic musics that you could find on those demos (like I had on my Amiga), and also a bit like some tracks of Jean-Michel Jarre. Well, I let you listen to this nice track! :) | 6:01 | 7055 | 10 April 2006 |
Maelstrom
| Techno/Trance | This piece is quite evil and dark. It symbolizes the vengeance made as a creature. The strong beat and the dark chords is symbolizing the evilness... | 5:53 | 5513k | October 2002 |
The Lame Dragon's March
| March | This song has primarly made as a model MIDI song for being played by a marching band. Then I adapted it with Reason, but the result is nothing extraordinary... but still worth listening to... | 4:17 | 4029k | May 2000 |
Conduit*
| Electronic breakbeat/house | This song is a quite calm and ambient song, with natural sounds such as piano, guitar, organ, electric guitar or piano, but also some synths... Since it's quite a 'flowing' song, it's called "Conduit" | 5:09 | 4576k | December 2001 |
I Can Feel Your Love Sleeping Away
| House Dance | This song is one of my best so far, especially because of the lyrics that gives it a professional sound, and that party style specific to some house tracks. The lyrics are from a song of 1984 (Samson&Delilah - I Can Feel Your Love Sleeping Away) but are sounding like they were newer... The style is quite classical, nothing too special (it could have have been released many years ago), but still nice to listen to, I'm sure you will like it, so download it and enjoy! :) | 8:26 | 9886k | 26 May 2006 |
Sparkling Fangs
| Techno Trance Dance | This song is rather basic trance techno music, but it sounds nice IMO, good rythm and happy notes, and I guess it sounds actual too... It should please everyone too! (a shorter version has been composed for a computer game) | 4:40 | 4370k | April 2002 |
Just Not Enough*
| Old School House | This song sounds like the house/dance of the early nineties, especialy because of the organ and the chords, but I added my personnal touch such as the filters and the vocal effects and some crazy percs in the beat. | 2:12 | 2582k | November 2001 |
Columns of Light
| Epic Trance | This song started when I just wanted to test Reason 3.0 that I just got, and tested some reactor patches. Then it developped into a trance track, and since I thought it wasn't too bad, I continuted to work on it...
The restult is my first real track of epic trance, or some related style, more commercial as usual, but still with my personal touch, especially in the middle and at the end. I think it's quite nice to listen to, although there are still some improvement I could make.
Thanks to JayB for his help! | 10:34 | 11549k | 20 November 2006 |
When Days Live Long
| Old School Dance(/house) | This song was based on a melody (formed by three simple chords) which I invented about twelve years ago, playing it on my keyboard, and even once composing it on OctaMED and playing it onto my keyboard via MIDI. I finally wanted to create a new version of it, because I think, even if it's simple, it's sounding good. This time I took a style near of the dance style of the mid nineties, but of course with own touch of style too! | 6:03 | 7285k | 19 June 2004 |
Slip It Now*
| House-Trance | This strated with an experimental concept, from some track I heard only for a few seconds. I started to work with this concept, experimenting and came up with that track. Still experimental, but made hearable with a set of vocals coming from two songs... But the style is still questionnable, the nearest match would be "House-Trance" IMO... | 4:00 | 5014k | 15 October 2005 |
Ambition
| Trance | This track started like many : I wanted to test the new features of Reason 4.0 and particularly the Thor synthesizer which has been used almost exclusively.
Result : a nice trance track, sounding powerful but also melodious, with actual sonorities of the style, but also a tribute to older sounds.
For one of my first 'good' (well, rather good) tracks, I'm quite proud of it, so enjoy it! | 7:20 | 8590k | 25 January 2008 |
Come*
| House-Pop | Well, I think this track has a good ans strong rhythm and various sounds that blend together with a few vocal samples... Nothing much to say about it; just listen to it! | 3:27 | 2800k | April 2001 |
Wiener Waltz*
| Waltz | Well, maybe I cannot call that a Waltz, it was just a try to compose this kind of music, not a big success, but since it could have been much worse, I put it online, so you can tell mw what you think about it! | 0:53 | 1051k | November 2002 |
Mélodie Domestique
| New Electro | Within this music you can feel some harmonies and sounds coming from the eighties, with a new and recent taste as well, induced by the ever-evolving technology that is present everywhere in our lives, everywhere, especially at home. Then the title suggest that you can listen to this music at home... | 6:43 | 6301k | September 2002 |
Atlanta's Raindust*
| House | You are walking in the streets of Atlanta, the sun is already under the horizon but is letting a part of the sky dark blue. On the other side, black clouds are spreading a fine rain over the whole city, like if the sky was shedding dust. It's cold but it's in Summer. From the basement of one of the buildings, you hear the sounds of a discotheque... it is called the "Raindust"... Will you enter inside?
This track is a quite groovy instrumental house, would sound quite good in a discotheque... | 8:27 | 9917k | 23 Mach 2005 |
